Job Description: Experienced Chefs – Permanent Full-time and Casual positions available for immediate starts!

Welcome to the Hot Bread Retail Group where we are truly passionate about food and shaping a world where people eat better. We are seeking talented Chefs to join our teams and showcase their skills in our bustling kitchens at:

·      North Street Store in Cottesloe

·      Wards Central Dining in Shenton Park

If you are an experienced and passionate Chef we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and cook a variety of creative and delicious dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

·      Follow food safety standards to maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

·      Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and efficiently manage stock rotation.

·      Mentorship of junior kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and productive team dynamic.

Experience Requirements:

·      Previous experience working as a Chef in a high-volume commercial kitchen is highly regarded.

·      Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavour profiles, and food presentation.

·      Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·      Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

·      Ability to work collaboratively within a team and/or autonomously.

·      Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
