Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Canning Vale head office, to oversee a range of national multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating high performance and the ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders in a continually growing business.

Responsibilities will include;

• Providing effective leadership to project teams, motivating team members, and building productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Developing comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Allocating resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with department managers to secure necessary resources.
• Leading and managing assigned projects or work packages, and assisting in implementing project deadlines, schedules, and reports.
• Delivering Agile, Enterprise-wide projects.
• Maintaining realistic project plans and ensuring stakeholders are accurately and regularly informed.
• Ensuring all projects and initiatives adhere to the Access Group's Management Framework and are tightly integrated with the organization's IT systems.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, proactively managing risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project objectives.
• Facilitating the change management process to ensure project deliverables are approved, completed, and signed off within the agreed cost, time, and resource budgets.
• Working alongside the Solution Architect and Governance framework.
• Facilitating clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have;

• 10+ years of Project Management experience managing Information Systems projects.
• Proven success in handling multiple projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• An Agile approach to project management.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (desired).
• Experience working with TOGAF 9.2 solution architecture.
• A reputation as a high-performance professional with the ability to work autonomously in a busy and high-pressure team environment.
• Successful team management with previous experience of handling a direct team.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrating the ability to influence and build strong and productive relationships with key leaders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
