Dynamic opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to join a team whose commitment to excellent clinical healthcare is a first priority. Providing clinical support to doctors that you can trust to achieve better patient outcomes. Experience in the use of Medical Director Clinical software is advantageous.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Treatment Room Management
- Health Assessments and Team Care Arrangements
- Chronic disease Management
- Vaccination with cold chain management
- Wound care management
- Consumable & Pathology stock control
- Recall & Reminder system
- Sound understanding of Infection control principles and quality control
Skills required:
- Outstanding time management skills with great attention to detail
- Proven experience in General Practice as a clinical nurse
- Guarantee patients care plans are reviewed regularly using our recalls and reminders system effectively
- Work with GPs to promote preventative healthcare throughout the practice
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to work in a team environment with the ability to multitask
- Intermediate computer ability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent use of PRODA
- Competent use of HOTDOC
