Starting out with two machines and a whole lot of grit 17 years ago, owners Shane Blewden and Sean Carragher have grown Alliance Metal Solutions to a large Sheet Metal manufacturer serving industries Australia wide, including construction, telecommunications, mining, energy, agriculture, FMCG and medical. Our services include product design, tube laser cutting, flat bed laser cutting, turret punching, plasma cutting, MIG/TIG welding, CNC machining, assembly and powder coating.
Hands-on in a fast paced, dynamic business, Shane and Sean lead a team of tradespeople in a working environment that values teamwork, initiative, open communication and a can-do attitude.
The Position

As a CNC Machine Operator with us, you will be responsible for:
- interpreting drawings and programs for varying projects
- machinery set up for each program
- monitoring machine operation and resolving production issues as they arise
- working with attention to detail and completing product quality assurance checks
- working independently and efficiently in machine operation
- being adaptable – with the range of industries we serve and the diversity in the projects we complete, no two days are the same
- always working in a safe manner and contributing positively to a safe working environment
