We’re looking for anExperienced Electricianto join our high performing New Building Solutions team in Melbourne, Victoria.
This role will cover Melbourne suburbs within a 50km radius and sometimes regional Victoria.
No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE’s elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.
What will you be doing?
- Installing Elevators & Escalators
- Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
- Often leading teams of varying sizes & performing leading hand duties
- Adhering to site milestones and programmes
- Liaising with the Management team on site progress and activities
- Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years lift industry experience desired
- Electrical Trade qualification / A Grade current electrical license desired
- Leading hand experience in managing a small team of installers desired
- Strong lift mechanical knowledge with demonstrated fault finding and problem solving skills
- Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and training peers
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with information technology, such as mobile communications, applications, computer based systems including Microsoft Suite
- Motivated and self- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and results-driven
