We are seeking Experienced Fence Installers to join our team in our Ballina store. We offer an immediate start, with secure ongoing work. We're looking for staff with good work ethic, excellent communication skills, experience in residential fencing is required. We have multiple roles available. 

The positions are PAYG employment OR CONTRACT with all the perks of working within a dedicated family owned and run small business (think flexibility and a great team working environment).

Northern Rivers Fencing is an award winning, forward-thinking, family business which has been operating locally for over ten years. We manufacture, supply & install fencing including automatic gates, glass pool fencing, commercial, residential, and temporary fencing. With a well-established reputation for quality and professionalism, the business has great growth opportunities.

Applicant must be fit and healthy for manual labour, willing to work outdoors almost exclusively, be eager to learn, and pay strong attention to detail. For the right person there is room to grow within the business, upskilling and multiple benefits. Must have the ability and initiative to work unsupervised but also be able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install fences throughout the Northern Rivers.
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
• Confident with powered and hand tools.
• Driving work vehicles. 
• Mixing concrete, digging holes.

Requirements:

• Previous fencing experience or similar trade experience (i.e. carpentry/civil
  works/landscaping/concreting).
• Construction white card.
• To be reliable, hard working and honest.
• To be someone with strong collaboration skills that is happy to assist with any task.
• Long work pants (jeans acceptable) and steel capped lace up work boots. Company, work shirts and all other PPE will be supplied.

Advantageous but not necessary:

• Any machinery tickets/truck licences etc.
