We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technicians to join our growing Birtinya (Sunshine Coast) office and work on large-scale, sustainable and community-driven projects.
Chadwick Geotechnics is a leading supplier of testing, drilling, and engineering services to the Geotechnical, Civil and Environmental Engineering fields, across the Eastern seaboard. Key responsibilities:
- Perform field sampling & testing activities and soil/ground investigations
- Be the site liaison person for contractors/clients
- Analyse and calculate the results of testing
- Prepare test reports and perform quality assurance testing
- Maintain knowledge and accreditation for NATA tests
Our preferred candidate will have:
- 5+ years' proven experience in construction materials testing
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Laboratory Testing Techniques
- Sound knowledge of laboratory practices and operations
- A Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card), Nuclear Density Gauge license, and a current Victorian driver's license
A pre-employment medical is also required for this position.
