ABOUT THE COMPANY.Small Sydney-based firm with just under 10 staff, designing and developing an impressive portfolio of Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use and Commercial projects. As a benefit of their strong working relationships with Property Developers you'll have the opportunity to work on all stages of large scale Class 2 developments and closely manage consultants, clients and stakeholders.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Lucrative opportunity for an Architectural Designer to take on additional responsibility and move into a Project Coordinator position. You'll work across all stages of the process, manage consultants, coordination documentation and work directly under the Project Lead to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of projects.
DUTIES.
- Assist design team with concept and design development
- Produce high quality documentation at all stages of the process
- Coordinate consultants, clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to all stages of a wide variety of projects
- Bachelors of Architecture
- Previous experience in Multi-Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use projects preferred
- Revit proficiency essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude passion for design essential
