We provide On-site, Remote IT support & Cybersecurity solutions to businesses who do not have an in-house IT department. Managing everything from general IT support, network security, email, IT strategy, Microsoft & Google cloud services and industry specific cloud software. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, patience, high integrity & strong work ethics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Microsoft Office 365 and associated cloud services.
Cyber Security Certification or experience preferable
Strong understanding of network infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
A degree in IT or relevant industry certifications (MCP, CompTIA) preferred, TAFE training also considered.
Key Responsibilities: Mixed Remote & Onsite
Level 1/2 Support: Provide efficient troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues via phone, email, and remote access.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in our helpdesk system. Update system documentation and customer records.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on IT technologies and security trends, suggesting improvements for both internal and client systems.
Collaboration: Work with senior technicians on complex issues, projects, and IT security initiatives. Participate in cross-functional teams to support broader IT projects.
Onsite Troubleshooting: Address hardware, software, and network issues directly on-site, providing immediate resolutions and enhancing user satisfaction through effective communication and hands-on problem-solving.
Cybersecurity Basics: Apply fundamental cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data. This involves monitoring for security threats, implementing basic security practices, and ensuring the secure use of all technologies, especially in relation to Microsoft 365, server environments, and network infrastructure.
