Your Role in the Absolute IT Team
Your role would be a combination of Level 1/2 IT Support and Systems Administration, making it a vital and valued role.

- Determining appropriate actions for client challenges
- Project implementation
- Supporting Microsoft operating systems & software
- Supporting Microsoft 365/Azure
- Remote monitoring & management of devices
- Maintaining network infrastructures
- Monitoring & rectifying issues remotely & onsite
- Email monitoring, filtering & analysis
- Supporting lower-level technicians
The Essentials for this IT Support Role
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft operating systems
- A current Drivers License
- Willingness to learn and grow into the position
- Strong problem-solving skills independently
- A passion for making a difference in other people's lives
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage
This position is for 8:30 am to 5:00 pm five days per week.
