Qualifications & experience
- Min. 1 year in a similar role considered an advantage
- A high level of speed and accuracy
- A solid working knowledge WHS and a highly developed sense of cleanliness & efficiency - HAACP training an advantage
- The ability to work with heavy duty commercial equipment
- Strong and healthy, able to lift reasonably heavy ingredients
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with a team to produce high quality, handmade savoury items.
- Make pies, sausage rolls, vegetable/general savoury prep. and other savoury products
- Help to keep par levels of all necessary products up to date
- Complete all compliance paperwork in conjunction with supervisor
