Our mission is to provide exceptional quality care to individuals with Disabilities and Mental Health needs through the NDIS system. (In this case however, we are seeking out SW with experience in Mental Health care.)
About the role: We are currently seeking Experienced Support Workers in Mental Health to work in the Landsborough area to fill a 24/7 roster. We are offering regular shifts ranging from 20 to 34 hours per week either at PPT base rate of $32. 21 or Causal base rate of $40.26 plus shift loadings where applicable.

Qualities and necessities we're looking for in potential team members:
- Experience and strengths in working with individuals with Mental Health expertise.
- Love for life and animals.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to bring positivity to every situation.
- Willingness to turn challenges into triumphs and maintain a joyful attitude.
- General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to get to Landsborough.
- Certificate III in Individual Support Preferred or qualified equivalent experience.
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card is required.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, day, weekend, and up to 3 sleepovers per fortnight. You need to be open to flexibility on shifts. Additional shifts on offer at other Sunshine Coast areas.
