About the Role:
As a NDIS Intake / Compliance manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of services to NDIS participants. You will work closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that their individual goals are achieved and that they receive the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building rapport with participants, overseeing participants intake, compliance, to fulfil each individual's support needs.
- Managing our core business needs with regards to our workforce and compliance needs.
- Ensure our Disability Support Workers feel supported and educated with respect to maintaining their mandatory documentation.
- Assist to organise training refreshers for our workforce, as required.
- Support the team with impending re-certification tasks, as required.
- Conduct initial assessments with participants to identify their needs and goals.
- Strong understanding of NDIS framework, guidelines, and processes.
- Ability to be a catalyst - facilitating change relating to a person's care.
- Provide Services including advocacy, planning, referrals, and yearly review reports.
- Develop individualized support plans for participants in collaboration with them and their support network.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants and their support network to ensure that goals are achieved, and services are delivered in accordance with the participant's plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress and service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure that knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures is up to date.
- The role may require some travel to meet with participants and service providers.
To be successful for this role you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in disability, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and processes.
- Prior experience in case management/support coordination and/or providing professional and flexible assistance to individuals with disabilities.
- Current satisfactory DHS screening and National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Understanding of Community care, Home Care, and Community Nursing policies and procedures.
- Strong network, able to develop relationships with key community and government services.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and respond effectively to a wide range of competing work priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- ABN is required for this role.

Attractive Hourly Rate $57.00 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses.
