We have an extensive fresh food offer with onsite butchers in all stores and full scratch bakeries in our larger stores

Produce 2IC: 

 Salaried Position :  (Salary + Super ) $75,000-$80,000 . 45 hrs ( includes a Weekend Day 

Fresh & Save is seeking an Enthusiastic,  Passionate and Experienced Produce 2IC to support our  produce team at our, 

Hervey Bay store!

A successful candidate will demonstrate the following key attributes.  

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Produce Supervisory Management 
• Must be physically fit to fulfill the requirements of this roll 
• Passionate about produce retailing 
• Keen eye for merchandising and product quality
• Support to Meet or exceed all financial KPIs!
• Support to Lead and upskill their team accordingly.
• Are hands-on and lead by example
• Passionate about building professional relationships with team and customers.
• General understanding of Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel etc
