The Little Styling Co is a Bespoke Property Styling company based in Smeaton Grange, NSW. We style premium properties for sale across Sydney. Owning all of our own high quality furniture and homewares, we have the capacity to style up to 40 homes at any time.
About the role
Part Time: Experienced Property Stylist
We're looking for an experienced Property Stylist to join or growing team. You'll need to be confident in selecting furniture and homewares for multimillion dollar properties, have a keen eye for detail and is able to work under pressure to meet confirmed deadlines. You'll have relevant industry knowledge and will be required to demonstrate confidence in your styling ability.
This role requires you to work from a brief from our Senior Stylist where you'll then select all furniture and homewares for upcoming styling installations. You will also be required to style properties across Sydney, aswell as making selections at our warehouse. You will be highly motivated, and can work well either on your own and in a team environment. You'll need to be highly organised and be a wonderful communicator.
The successful applicant in this role has the opportunity to gain further work (up to 5 days per week) within our company if you have experience in Interior Design.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years property styling industry experience. This role is for 2-3 days per week, 8am- 4pm.

Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
Skills and experience
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Stylist is highly desired.
Requirements:
- Current drivers licence and own car is necessary
- Experience as a Property Stylist
- Qualifications relating to Property Styling or Interior Design is desired, however not required.
- Fabulous communications skills both in person and digitally are required
- Well presented, motivated and easy going
- Can work well under pressure and meet confirmed deadlines
- Available 2-3 days per week, 8am- 4pm and reasonable mid week overtime hours when necessary. Hours and days are flexible for the right candidate.
