The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a final-year Property student or recent graduate to join one of Australia’s most reputable Valuation businesses.
You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the game as you start your professional journey in Valuations. You will be working with our exceptional Residential Development team, in a supportive work environment, with a fantastic client base who will help you build your capability and accelerate your learnings.
Every day is different, but think of a week that includes:
- Undertaking valuations, inspections, and other tasks under the supervision of a qualified Valuer.
- Completing research and analysis of market evidence for reporting.
- Assisting the team in undertaking data collection, sales, and rental research and analysis.
- Undertaking property enquiries with authorities and government departments.
- Compiling data into the Sales and Leasing database.
- File management adhering to quality procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports.
About You
You are a motivated, ambitious, and passionate individual, with excellent time management and organisational skills. You can communicate effectively with people at all levels and are eager to learn.
You are nearing completion of your Property degree or have recently graduated and are looking to obtain your Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) accreditation.
