Calida is a boutique, commercial construction company specialising in high-end retail & hospitality fitouts and refurbishments.
With a strong pipeline for 2023/24, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Site Manager to our team in the new year.
Our ideal candidate would be well experienced in managing building projects within the commercials sector. Our project values generally vary between $3m - $15m.

About You
- Suitable trade qualification or degree
- Minimum five (5) years site management experience in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors working on projects larger than $5m
- Experience in fit out, refurbishment & new builds
- Teamwork is a key focus
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, MS Project & Procore preferred
- Holds a current First Aid & CPR Certificate & OHS White Card
- Excellent organisation & time management
Job Description
- Responsible for overall Site Safety.
- Responsibility of ensuring quality, programme & constructability is met.
- Full time management of all site crew including subcontractors, Calida site staff & trades.
- Management of site documentation (Drawings/Specs etc)
- Lead weekly toolbox talks & site updates.
- Liaising & building relationships with stakeholders
- Leading & guiding junior staff on site
- Create & promote a positive team environment by managing team members & ensure behaviours align with Calida values.
