The Role:
The Dual Site Concession Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's vision forward. They lead by example, cultivating a customer-focused culture that ensures every interaction is memorable and seamless. Responsibilities include empowering and mentoring the team, collaborating with leadership to optimize profitability, and driving operational excellence. The manager is instrumental in motivating the team to achieve sales targets and uphold business performance indicators while managing back-of-house administration efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
- A supportive leader with the ability to inspire and mentor a team towards success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, coupled with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
Availability Tuesday - Saturday.
