WA’s leading new home builders’ material recycling and waste recovery company is a medium-sized business operating 3 depot sites throughout the metro area. All collected material is returned to these yards for further separation and recycling.
We are proud to have diverted more than 1.5 million tonnes from landfills over the past 10 years. This equates to 95% of builders' waste and materials collected by earthcare recycling from new home sites having been repurposed, reused, upcycled, or recycled.
We are looking for experienced motivated Skid Steer operators for new home building site cleans, paving preparation, cross-overs, and garage and hardstand preparation.
You will need to hold a current MR license.
Pending a successful interview an immediate start is available for candidates able to meet the expectations of the business. Remuneration including superannuation and conditions shall be agreed upon before commencement. Performance reviews will be conducted during the probation period.
Key Requirements:
- Experience skid steer operator working in/around residential construction sites or similar.
- Minimum MR driver's Licence
- White Card
- Communicate with the operations manager
- Minimal iPad/tablet/smartphone knowledge for workflows and emails
- Complete daily pre-starts on the equipment you are assigned too
- Work as a team or solo
- Be proactive, reliable, and able to take direction
- Physically Fit
- Own reliable transport
- Pass medical and D&A test
- Able to start at 6am M-F
- Ideally, do a minimum half day every 2nd Saturday
