We are currently seeking Experienced Casual and Part Time Support Workers to work with clients with Challenging Behaviours and who are actively committed to promoting choice, control, and quality of life for our clients. If you have a passion to provide assistance for individuals with disabilities in supporting them to develop life skills and assist in overcoming boundaries, then this is a job for you.
Workers will assist participants in their daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong desire to work with people with disability to increase independence and community participation;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- An ability to work autonomously, following client support plans and working towards achieving outcomes;
- Ability to undertake personal care;
- Strong customer service experience would be highly valued;
- Report writing skills;
- Flexibility with working hours;
- Possess a current WA drivers license, a suitable car with Registration and Comprehensive Insurance;
- Ability to obtain a NDIS Clearance
- A current National Police Clearance issued within the past 6 months, or the ability to obtain one;
- Ability to obtain a current First Aid and current CPR Certificate;
- Eligibility to work in Australia;
