KCA Site Services is a WA owned and operated mining services company, providing quality personnel and service solutions to the mining industry across Australia and overseas.
We are currently seeking multiple Experienced Underground truck operators and experienced nippers. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career.
Experienced Underground Truck and Agi Drivers:
Conduct pre starts on equipment prior to operation.
Understanding of underground mining development, production and services operations
Safe, efficient and productive operation of underground equipment
Operate the truck to best practice to minimise damage on equipment, tyres, gearboxes and the vehicle in general.
Operate underground in confined environment
Assist in other areas of mining when required
Experienced Underground Nipper:
Assisting Jumbo Operators with bolting and meshing as required
Set up headings with bolt and mesh and assist service crew when possible
Assist with face preparation and mark up and assist with installation of ground support
Ensure sufficient consumables and supplies are available for development activities
Ensure the safe and efficient completion of all tasks as assigned by Supervisor; and assist with various duties as required
Entry level Nipper/Truck roles available if currently residing in Kalgoorlie.
Essential Requirements:
Underground experience essential
Must have the right to work in Australia
Current and Valid Australian Drivers Licence (Manual)
Working at Heights certificate
