Experienced Welders/Boilermakers -DIDO Roma

Throughout regional Australia, Wild Desert remains one of the leading providers of well servicing rigs, transport operations and mobile camps to the oil and gas industry. Due to successfully obtaining multiple new contracts we have the exciting opportunity for experienced Welders/Boilermakers to join our team on a 2/2 roster. 

This position will be based in our Roma Depot. This is a DIDO position with meals and accomodation provided by our onsite camp. 

Our Fabrications team are the starting point for all of our custom built rigs, trailers, shacks and more. Working with our management team and other trades to create the best equipment for our clients. Whilst this is predominately a work shop position, there is the opportunity for field experience as the need arises. 

• Trade Certification III in Fabrication/Boilermaker
• Experience across a range of welding styles
• Manual Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screen)
• Experience with a similar roster would be an advantage but not required
