About the role:
- Supporting the Partners by providing hands on bookkeeping services to a diverse range of SME clients, including relationship and service delivery management, to ensure client deadlines are met
- Everything Xero plus sharing Xero knowledge including training clients on new systems and processes
- Set up new accounting files, including integrating data
- Assist with client queries
- Prepare and process payrolls
- Review and prepare BAS & IAS
- Manage creditor and debtor invoicing
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare and process journal entries

Essential skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Xero and Xero add-ons
- Good business acumen with a genuine interest in small business and a natural ability to connect with SME business owners
- Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
- A natural high attention to detail
- Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable written and personal communication skills
- A genuine interest in technology and innovation
