The Canteen Assistant assists in the day-to-day operations of the canteen and will perform a range of tasks in relation to its operation, including:
· the preparation of hot and cold food and snacks
· putting together lunch orders
· over the counter cash register sales with students during break times
· stock control and monitoring
· cleaning
· working alongside volunteers who help in the canteen
· supporting the Canteen Manager
