The Role
As an Export Airfreight Operator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Retrieve and process import/export documentation and freight to ensure optimum delivery times are achieved.
- Handle export phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Export Air Department.
- Accurate data input for speedy and efficient document flow.
- Previous experience in the Freight Forwarding industry – specifically Airfreight.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities
- Excellent communication skills, highly service orientated.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
