We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Administrator to join the dynamic team and contribute to our mission of facilitating global trade.
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Operations Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our import and export logistics operations, responsible for allocating resources, managing truck transport, managing QTN and customs bookings and planning stock movements in and out of the warehouse. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics and a talent for coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate and coordinate resources to meet daily requirements for inbound and outbound container movements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and execute Warehouse Operations inbound and outbound
- Monitor and track the movement of shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve logistical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
- Manage QTN bookings to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transport operation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Continuously assess and improve transport operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in container transport coordination, 3PL logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
