Role Overview:
As a Dynamics365 Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our incumbent Dynamics CRM On-Premises solution while providing valuable input during the procurement and implementation of the new Dynamics365 solution. This hands-on role will involve system administration tasks, prioritising service and change requests, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assume system administration tasks for the Dynamics CRM On-Premises solution.
• Deliver prioritised service and change requests using Service Now
• Provide input into the design, delivery, and roadmap of the future Dynamics365 solution.
• Build and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business members, project teams, IT departments, and external vendor teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience with Dynamics CRM On-Premises solutions is essential.
• Proficiency in utilising tools such as Service Now
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in digital transformation projects is desirable.
