Your new role
Opportunities will range from call centre to operational or back-office roles. This will be a temporary contract, between 2–12 months with full-time hours of 37.5 hours a week. There will be opportunities to potentially extend or transition into a permanent position dependent on performance and position requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- A passion for customer service and banking
- Proven customer service or administrative experience
- Relevant banking experience is desired but not essential.
- A desire to develop a career within NAB
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude
