Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding fishing equipment, techniques, and local fishing spots.
- Assist customers in selecting the right gear for their specific needs and preferences, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fishing trends, technologies, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Passion for fishing and a strong knowledge of various fishing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
