Troubleshooting Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting via telephone, on-site visits, and remote sessions.
Technology Installation and Troubleshooting:
- Expertise in installing and troubleshooting network devices like Switches, Routers, and WAPs.
- Skilled in configuring Layer 2 technologies such as VLANs.
- Experience with setting up Meraki APs and Ubiquiti p2p/p2mp devices.
- Proficient in installing server infrastructure and resolving physical installation issues.
- Capable of installing and troubleshooting client systems including EUC devices, Digital Signage, and CCTV Cameras/NVRs.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with technologies such as Cisco/Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cambium, Antaira, and Palo Alto.
- Understanding of Camp Entertainment systems, Windows Server, Client Systems, and CCTV systems.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team and individual relationship management.
- Previous experience in FIFO Mining/Construction preferred.
- Effective task and stakeholder management skills, including working well under pressure and executing tasks efficiently.
