UGL Industrials are seeking expressions of Interest for experienced heavy industry and / or construction workers to join our site-based team. We are looking to hear from Multiple Classifications and skillsets for upcoming positions in our Project team. These positions are casual roles on a two week on, one week off roster.
Based on site in the Biloela / Callide region, local applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. For non-local employee’s daily travel is required and camp style meals and accommodation will be provided.
- Mechanical Fitters
- Boilermakers
- Scaffolders
- Riggers
- Trade Assistants with forklift or work platform
This opportunity will see you join a highly experienced team with a reputation for delivery and working together with our customers to develop and provide solutions.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter, Fitter or Fitter & Turner or
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Boilermaker or
- Intermediate or Advanced Rigging and / or Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding
- Construction Industry Induction (white / blue card)
- High risk work licence – LF, WP preferred but not essential
- Nationally accredited Working at Heights certification valid within 3 years
- Nationally accredited Confined Space certification valid within 3 years
- Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work effectively in a small team
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management skills
