Senior Business Analyst
# Take responsibility for investigating business requirements and specifying effective business processes. Achieve this through improvements in information systems, management practices, procedures, and organizational changes.
# Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to conduct investigations for strategy studies, business requirement specifications, and feasibility studies. Prepare business cases that outline potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through new or improved processes, and associated business risks.
# Take full responsibility for business analysis within a significant segment of the organization, where your advice and decisions will have a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organization.
# Lead the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques, choosing between plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
# Determine how technology can contribute to business objectives by defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, and overseeing the development and implementation of solutions. Consider the implications of changes on the organization and all stakeholders.
# Guide senior management towards accepting changes brought about through process and organizational improvements.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers
# 6+ years D365 development experience
# Demonstrated experience on multiple government and/or enterprise D365 development projects
# Knowledge of building secure apps in D365 is highly desirable
# Project Server experience
# Demonstrated skills in configurations and customization for Dynamics 365
# Demonstrated skills in configurations of out-of-the-box functionalities, including Dynamics Portals
# Demonstrated skills in developing Detailed Design (as built) documentation
# Experience in data mapping and migrations
# Experience in training system administrators who will support the built solution
# Experience in leading design discussions and requirements to ensure the best outcome for the business, whilst reducing customizations
# Experience in Azure DevOps
Senior Test Analyst
# Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
# Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., manual, automation, performance testing) and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail).
# Experience in developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
# Comprehensive testing across Desktop, Application (including D365), Interagency, System Integration, and Mobile Devices
# A thorough analysis of documented specifications, user stories, and requirements to facilitate the creation of robust test cases
# Authoring, reviewing and executing test cases with precision and attention to detail
# Effective reporting and tracking of defects/issues uncovered during testing phases
