Are you a NDIS participant looking for a Supported Employment opportunity in a safe and understanding workplace? Join the Endeavour Foundation! We are hiring for Supported Employment roles around the country! This program could be your pathway into mainstream employment.

We provide employment opportunities for people with a disability who want to achieve personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans. You can achieve your career goals through:

 Supported Employment where you will learn new skills, get used to being in a workplace and build confidence while being supported and guided within a safe, caring work environment. 

Supported Hosted Employment where you will work in mainstream employment alongside people without disability but with support and guidance.

Mainstream Employment where you will be working with people without disability. We will find you an employer that supports you and aligns with your goals.

Each work site may be different, but one thing is always the same - we make sure everyone feels safe, supported, and valued at work.

Supported Employment is funded through the NDIS to help you start working in a supported workplace. You can use it to grow your skills in a safe space before looking for a job out in supported independent employment or mainstream employment.

About you:

• Lived experience with a disability.
• Basic communication and comprehension skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the team around you.
• Be able to follow direction from Employment Coach.
• Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn.

To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

• Have NDIS funding.
• Have a Disability Support Pension
• The right to work in Australia.
