The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Professional ready for a new challenge? Cleanaway is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and oversee HSE operations for our Chevron client sites. This is a unique chance to implement contemporary health, Safety and Environment practices across our operations.
Based at Malaga, with regular site visits, key responsibilities:
Coach and influence frontline leaders and workers, engaging teams to establish high standards of safety in everyday work.
Collaborate with client-based HSE teams and stakeholders to effectively partner to deliver key changes or requirements.
Ensure on-site compliance with Cleanaway's and Chevron’s HSE standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and communicate progress with key stakeholders.

About You
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, mining or waste management is highly regarded.
Proven stakeholder engagement and ability to act as the primary liaison between Cleanaway and Chevron, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Strong influencing abilities and capability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing health, safety, and Environmental challenges.
Demonstrated experience in a HSE advisory role in a skilled or manual labour environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety are preferred.
