Job description

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for motivated and passionate people for our 2025 Apprenticeship Program in Maintenance at Mount Arthur Coal - BHP New South Wales Operations. We are offering a number of apprenticeship positions available in Muswellbrook commencing in December 2024.Official advertisement will open on 29th April 2024. Communication and an application link will be emailed to you on this date.In undertaking this 4 year Apprenticeship you can expect hands on industry-lead training and mentoring by BHP's talented workforce, first-rate working conditions, TAFE course enrolment, and a globally recognised qualification in your chosen trade on successful completion.Embracing inclusion and diversity to create a vibrant culture that represents the communities in which we live, BHP is focused on high performance, safety, team work, strong Indigenous participation and gender balance.Nationally Accredited Trades Certificates being offered may include:

  • Electrical (Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician)

As these roles are residential, apprentices will be required to live within a safe distance from our mine site, aligned with our fatigue management policies.
