The role demands strong verbal and written communication, combined with a personality that can engage productively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Your work will be completed on site, in the office and also remotely. You will receive regular mentoring from the Audit Director to ensure you are comfortable with what you are doing and to maximise your learning and development opportunities.
Although this is an audit role, ideally you will be exposed to end of year accounting and tax preparation. If you have current tax and accounting experience that is a great advantage, but otherwise a desire to learn will be of value.

The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified (or intends to complete), has approximately 1 to 2 years (guide only) of quality local experience, and has a genuine passion to for the profession and to become a well-rounded accountant, and to develop their career within the audit space.
