Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and oversee External Audit activities in your teams
- Develop and implement audit strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimise audit processes and enhance efficiency
- Build and develop strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of audit professionals, promoting a culture of growth and continuous learning
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives for the audit practice
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing External Audit engagements within a professional services firm
- Extensive knowledge of audit methodologies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of audit professionals
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications (CA/ CPA or equivalent)
