The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is the largest organization of its kind in Australia. VACCA is an Aboriginal community-controlled organization that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal community.
About the role
The External Training Coordinator will work closely with the external Learning and Development (L&D) team and will play a key role in providing comprehensive day-to-day project and administrative support. This position will contribute to the delivery of L&D training activities within VACCA and externally.
About You
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose
- Demonstrated experience in project support
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the capacity to liaise with staff across VACCA
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines and prioritising workload
- Clear, culturally appropriate and respectful in communicating with others including staff, external parties and training participants
- Ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks
- Good computer skills, and an ability to use learning management system
- Great time management, organisational skills, and attention to details
