AddressSureSafe is a family owned Roof Safety System Installer located in Queanbeyan, servicing Canberra and surrounding regions including South Coast and Riverina.
We are looking for an enthusiastic new Fabricator & Workshop Assistant with a positive attitude, and a willingness to work on their own or within a team. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff.
Main job role will include -
- Fabricating Aluminium Ladders & Platforms etc.
- Aluminium Cutting & cleaning
- Interpreting fabrication drawings
- Preparing jobs for pick-up by installers
Other duties may include, but are not limited to:
- General factory duties - operating machinery, cutting material, cleaning etc. Will be required to work in with factory team.
- Packing and picking boxes ready for site work
- Forklift loading and unloading deliveries
- Deliveries to Site
- Occasional Site Work
Requirements -
- Drivers License
- Fabrication skillset
Other Valuable Skills / Qualifications:
- Forklift Licence
- Asbestos Awareness
- Work Safely at Heights Training
- Welding experience / training
- White Card
Position
- Starts as a casual position, with the view of full time employment after a probationary period.
- Role is currently open now, immediate start wanted for the right applicant.
- 8 hour shift, with overtime available
- Monday to Friday
