Service Manager /Area Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader which provides high rise facade maintenance and access solutions through out Australia.
The Service Manager will work very closely with, and support the Queensland Manager and will be a key member of the Facade Care team. With a strong focus on service level management and project delivery, the role will include project, client and staff management.
The duties include:
- Resource Allocation
- Staff Management
- Contract Administration
- Quality Control
- Safety management
- Customer Liaison
- Project Management
- On-going coaching and mentoring of team members
- Identifying and implementing strategies for improvements in service, systems and productivity
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience;
- Strong OHS skills and ability to mentor, coach and engage your team
- Be Team player, willing to support and assist other Divisional Managers
- You will be organised, highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility with working hours if required;
