Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 1-2 years management experience within the Disability Industry
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the team with the coordination, planning and execution of workflow activities.
- Oversee Staff and make sure that they are sending and completing all the Participants documents E.g.: Shift reports , Medication Charts, etc.
- Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Be responsible for the identification and realisation of business development opportunities;
- Be responsible for implementation of client-centric systems and processes to ensure maximum choice and control according to NDIS, Quality and Safeguarding Standards;
- Ensure continuous improvement in the delivery, monitoring, and review of client services, including the implementation and embedding of effective ongoing feedback processes and ensure this is reflected in all areas of service delivery.
- Accountable for operations to maintain compliance and performance of service delivery with contractual, legal, organisational requirements and obligations.
