Hays is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a Global Professional Services Firm. Please note this is initially a 4-week cover but may be extended to become permanent for the right person. Your new office is located centrally in West Leederville with parking facilities and public transport close by. Your new role
Check and process purchase orders with iProcurement and Optimum
Provide relief for reception and the national switch board as required
Ensure meeting rooms are set up - may be required to move furniture and walls
Sort, distribute and deliver mail to the nominated area on the floor
Arrange courier services
Order stationery, office and kitchen supplies
Office housekeeping, cleaning, lost property and managing lockers
Maintenance of office equipment
Creating access cards
What you'll need to succeed
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent customer service and phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy full-time and able to assist with troubleshooting when required
Ability to work autonomously with initiative and in a team
Office Support experience
