About the role
You will be providing administrative and IT support to the Operations Manager and her team.
Responsibilities
- Facilities support including managing and maintaining the kitchens and conference rooms
- General administrative support including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, minutes taking and stationery ordering
- IT support including equipment ordering and troubleshooting
- Team support for projects, events and webinars
- Resolve issues and enquiries from senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner
Experience and skills
- Strong IT skills
- Outstanding administrative, communication and organisational skills
- Highly proficient in using administrative tools such as MS Suite, Google Suite and Zoom
