About the Role
The Facilities Analyst is a full-time, permanent role based in our Melbourne CBD office. This on-site position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Melbourne location. The Facilities Analyst oversees and completes various tasks, such as packaging and couriering IT hardware for staff, maintaining office hot desks, overseeing building maintenance requests, and ensuring the Melbourne office continues to comply with OH&S and IT policies and processes, keeping our team members safe.

How you'll make an impact
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and completing IT Hardware packaging and couriering relating to onboarding, offboarding and equipment requests for staff
- Setting up and managing maintaining office Hot Desks
- Printer maintenance (paper, toner etc.)
- Supporting IT Team with equipment moves, workstation adjustments and office/desk moves
- Submitting and reviewing building maintenance requests and ensuring they are actioned by Building Management
- Monitor building works and schedules
- Providing assistance to, and addressing OH&S Issues
- Coordinating Office Visit protocols
- Managing Office/building security cards
- Completing various Building tests (such as fire extinguisher, lighting, power etc.)
- Routine inspections of the site to ensure adherence to OH&S and IT policies and processes
About you
We're interested in hearing from people who possess:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Recent work experience within a junior IT, facilities support or general office support position
- Ability to maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
- Ability to engage and negotiate with people, and develop and maintain effective relationships
- Awareness of information security
- Experience with desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and MS products
- Fantastic organizational skills and attention to detail
