BGIS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team based in Waverton, New South Wales. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients and their employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the planning and execution of workplace projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding facility services.
- Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
