The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinatorto join our on-site client-side team.
This role is responsible for workplace operations for our client, who is in the information technology field. We are looking for someone who demonstrates and instils a culture that matches our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviours and values of being an expert, proactive, innovative, and versatile team player and valuing the customer.
We are seeking a motivated and professional Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reception services, event support, client/stakeholder management, procurement and vendor management, finance management, operations management, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and recording messages
- Coordinate and support event bookings, ensuring meeting rooms are stocked and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, building effective relationships and acting as a key point of contact for facilities-related matters
- Manage procurement of supplies, vendors, and services
- Ensure accurate financial tracking and processing of invoices
- Assist in implementing best practices in operations and risk management
- Report and follow up on building management issues
- Maintain access control and key register
- Provide facilities reporting and administration support
Sounds like you, this is what we are looking for:
- Minimum twelve (12) months of experience in a corporate environment
- Previous experience in reception is required, while experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
