This is a great opportunity to work for a well known Government organisation, on an interesting portfolio of diverse, multi site buildings.
This role will be responsible for:
- Managing building issues and coordinating efficient and effective responses
- Assist in projects across various works
- Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a similar FC role
- Strong technical background
- High level of stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication is a must
