The Role
Are you a go-getter who enjoys tackling multiple tasks and assisting with the delivery of exciting projects?
As Facilities and Integration Support, you will be a key member of the Project Management team, assisting with the seamless transition for all acquisitions into our growing hospitality group. Multi-tasking will be the key to your success, and with no day the same, you will provide ongoing support to venues to ensure the maintenance of its facilities.
Key Requirements:
Acquisition Integration
- Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders with the onboarding of new venues;
- Implement project schedules and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met;
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure all required commercial agreements and licenses are obtained pre-settlement; and
- Work closely with the GM team to ensure alignment between departments are met pre-settlement.
Facilities Support
- Provide first line support to venues for non-CAPEX related repairs and maintenance;
- Liaise with external facilities management provider currently contracted to Duxton Pubs; and
- Coordinate work and scheduling between venues and FM provider.
Project Management Office Support
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office;
- Manage scheduling within the Monday.com environment; and
- Assist with documentation and reporting as required.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years’ experience within an administration position or similar;
- Full valid Australian driver’s license, with flexibility to travel within metro and regional South Australia;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organisational skills;
- A positive attitude and the resilience to work in a changing environment;
- Operational hospitality background preferred but not essential; and
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Monday.com and Teams.
