The Role
The Enterprise Support and Product Integration TL is responsible to the Triton Sustainment Manager/TSM for the coordination and performance delivery of product and business management activities, corporate reporting and contract management support, which are necessary for effective governance of the Triton capability.
You will work collaboratively with both internal Triton Sustainment Management Unit-TSMU stakeholders and key external stakeholders across the Enterprise to capture and analyse business intelligence. Your efforts will enhance business planning and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor and supervise Enterprise Support and Product Integration team personnel.
- Support the TSMU management team to achieve high level strategic reporting and reviews.
- Support the TSM with TSMU Business Planning.
- Support Contract Management activities as required, including Unscheduled Contractor Task Approvals and Contract Change Proposals.
- Provide strategic oversight and high-level coordination of the Triton Defence Management and Financial Plan.
- In time, the position may act as the TSM as required.
About our Team
Surveillance and Response Systems Program Office (SRSPO) ensures the availability and performance of highly complex surveillance and response airborne and related systems for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) – including the P-8A Poseidon. SRSPO also acquires and supports common Aeronautical Life Support Equipment (ALSE) used on air vehicles operated by the RAAF, Navy and Army.
We also support the MQ-4C Triton, a new remotely piloted high altitude long endurance aircraft system. At SRSPO we are passionate about working collaboratively with our stakeholders and industry partners to ensure the necessary acquisition, sustainment and regulatory requirements are fulfilled. We do this to support the warfighter and achieve the Department of Defence’s strategic and operational objectives.

The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams in complex business operations or military equipment/product sustainment or acquisition environments.
- Highly developed business and commercial acumen, including experience in contractor management and budget management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of asset management / product management principles and frameworks is desirable.
