About the Role
The Facilities and Asset Management Team supports essential audits and maintenance for seven corporate facilities and over 100 sites.
Duties
- Ensure smooth operations across multiple sites.
- Oversee contractors and consultants to deliver timely, budget-friendly, and compliant infrastructure solutions.
- Establish and manage contracts for building management, ensuring value for money, high service standards, and compliance.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as routine contractors.
- Managing compliance databases, ensuring all key documents are recorded and shared with relevant teams to meet compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain infrastructure compliance.
- Continuously enhance and manage processes.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate for this position, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate expertise in infrastructure management across multiple sites with a customer focus.
- Proven track record in preparing and managing maintenance and facilities contracts.
- Strong communication skills for reports, tenders, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in negotiating and managing various contracts.
- Excellent time management for meeting strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail in scoping, programming, and budget management.
- Must hold and maintain a current Victorian Working with Children Check.
